At BNB Labrador Retrievers all of our clients are required to sign our Contract of Sale and Guarantee, this is put into place to protect BNB Labrador Retrievers as well as our clients, but above all provide for the protection of any of the dogs BNB Labrador Retrievers produces. Our guarantee is a four year guarantee that can be read online in pdf format along with our contract of sale. Although BNB Labrador Retrievers goes to great lengths to produce healthy, top quality puppies it is impossible to guarantee that problems will never arise. Should there ever be a health problem that is covered by BNB Labrador Retrievers guarantee, we ask for full medical disclosure to be sent to our selected veterinarian in some cases a second independent opinion may be required. If the health problem is to be covered by our guarantee we provide a full money refund that can be used as our clients sees fit to do so. At no time will BNB Labrador Retrievers be financially responsible for any cost incurred by our clients that exceed the purchase price. All of the puppies that leave BNB Kennel will be covered for a period of 6 weeks under the complimentary Pet Plan Insurance provided through the CKC we highly encourage all our clients to carry on the Pet Plan Insurance for a minimum of 2 years. The purchase of a Labrador Retriever is a 9-14 year commitment and should not be done without obtaining as much information as possible. Here at BNB Labrador Retrievers we encourage that you visit several breeders prior to making your decision to purchase, you must be as comfortable purchasing from us as we will be of you caring for a BNB puppy.
